The Van Gogh Museum and the Anne Frank House are the two that punish late booking, and they do it all year rather than only in summer. Van Gogh slots go three to seven days ahead; Anne Frank releases six weeks out and sells within hours. The Rijksmuseum is usually available a day or two ahead. Canal cruises can be booked the same afternoon except on King's Day and over Christmas. Keukenhof is worth booking with a shuttle rather than separately.
